late massage poor service
The rooftop terrace featured a restaurant. The food and drinks seemed good value.
The promised massage was not honored initially. They stated it was only who book directly, though I had written confirmation. The massage started 30 minutes late and had to be cut short. Not the relaxing experience I wanted. At those prices, one expects better

Really good Stay
stylish decor attentive staff peaceful atmosphere
The Riad is beautifully designed. I found the decor stylish. The staff was attentive and helpful . I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. It offered a wide variety of tasty options each morning. The atmosphere was peaceful. It was a calm oasis away from the busy city. My room had great air-conditioning. It was crucial given the heat.
I experienced a delay with my massage appointment. It started 30 minutes late one day. This made it a little rushed since I had to leave for the airport.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing prompt responses to my requests. They arranged an airport transfer. The reception team greeted me with a welcome drink and snack upon arrival. All members of the team worked hard.

Stylish Riad Experience
interior design friendly staff moroccan breakfast
The interior design impressed me with its attention to detail. Every element seemed carefully considered. The staff were consistently friendly and always offered helpful advice about local attractions. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, a feast of fresh, traditional moroccan items. The room was cleaned quickly each day and fresh towels were provided.
The hotel was late starting the massage I booked and I had to shorten my treatment so i could leave for the airport

The hotel is located in a quieter part of the medina, awesome for a peaceful retreat. A short walk provides easy access to the souk and other attractions. This proximity balances tranquility with the opportunity to explore local culture.

The room had soft cotton bedding, ensuring a restful sleep. Luxurious toiletries sourced locally enhanced the bathing experience in the wet room. A tranquil courtyard view was visible from the balcony with the sound of the water fountain.

beautiful design helpful staff inconvenient resolution initial refusal
The hotel's design and artwork were beautiful (I especially liked the curated pieces). The staff were attentive and helpful when we requested assistance.
The hotel initially did not honor the included massage per adult and airport transfer. This was resolved only after escalating the issue, though the process caused some inconvenience.

The breakfast was superb, it had gorgeous artwork. The library offered calming space. The rooftop terrace felt beautiful and serene. I spent many hours there..
Check-in time lacked clarity. I was told it would be either 12:00 or 15:00. This ambiguity made planning difficult. The hotel initially did not honor the inclusions. It only agreed after escalation.
